Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods, looking at computer screens for long periods, pushing and lifting boxes up to 30 pounds occasionally. Effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied professional levels.


Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Summary

This position is located in Frankfort, KY and oversees the continuous improvement activities for Kentucky’s Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), a home visitation program for families with young children. Duties include planning and implementing innovations designed to improve the program and meet and/or exceed goals. This position will also work closely with the quality assurance team for HANDS. Working with staff at local health departments is another responsibility of the job. The successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to convey ideas to others effectively, an ability to manage a team effort and understanding of decision-making based on data.

Masters in education, public health; Experience in developing improvement activities, working on teams, data collection

Driver’s license preferred.
