Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:45pm

Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily administration of one or more programs. Serves as a liaison between program and other departments or community.

Additional Department Summary: The Title IV-E Simulation Program Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of the Title IV-E Simulation Lab. This will include the development of the simulation scenarios, the recruiting and training of standardized clients (actors), the maintenance of needed props and supplies, and the coordination and oversight of access to the lab by faculty members, students, and community partners. The coordinator will also be responsible for the supervision of personnel, budgeting & accounting, administration of programs & activities, evaluation of personnel & programs and reporting.

Ability to be flexible with work schedule based on the scheduling of simulations.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least two (2) years of experience.

Skills and Knowledge: Strong communication skills, creativity, strong organization skills, foundational knowledge of social work practice. Ability to be flexible with work schedule based on the scheduling of simulations.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Teaching, Counseling, Social Work or Children & Families preferred.
