Position Highlights:The College of Nursing is seeking instructors for our innovative graduate programs including those delivered online. As Limited Term Adjunct (LTA) Instructors, you will be a part of facilitating the student cohorts and assisting with various clinical specialty rotations. This position reports to the Instructor on Record and will collaborate with the program coordinator and Lead Faculty to teach and mentor students. Located in a sweeping valley surrounded by mountains 65 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border, the University of Arizona, College of Nursing, in Tucson offers cultural diversity and educational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Program Director and other Program Lead Faculty to teach and guide students.
- Facilitate course learning activities, including testing and evaluation.
- Participate in course evaluation and continuous course improvement.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing or other health-related field.
- Experience in mentoring or teaching health care professionals.
*Successful college or university teaching experience.*Experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.*Experience in online learning and course development..
