DescriptionReporting to the Director, Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Coordinator will assist the Enrollment Management team with the implementation of recruitment and retention plans for the Fox School of Business undergraduate student population. The Coordinator will be responsible for the deployment of communication plans for prospective, admitted and online students in the enrollment pipeline. This deployment includes pulling and updating mailing lists from Cognos reports and Salesforce leads. The incumbent will assist the Assistant Director of Transfer, Online and Veteran Recruitment to prepare unofficial credit evaluations for prospective students. The incumbent will also assist in the scheduling and organizing of information sessions, presentations, and customized promotional events like Business Visit Day, Open Houses and Admitted Student Events. The Coordinator will also manage the timekeeping and payroll of the Fox Ambassadors, Fox Peer Teaches and manage the Student Professional Organizations’ parking and space requests. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with at least 2 years’ experience in business or educational setting, specifically in sales / marketing, admissions or enrollment management. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities:· Demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in person or online.· Ability to speak in front of large and small groups, as in delivering information sessions, lectures, or speaking at industry-specific conferences.·  Ability to run Web based information sessions.·  Strong proficiency in computer systems and various software applications used in recruiting and admissions (including Microsoft Office Suite, Banner, and Zoom or similar systems)·  Ability to travel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation as well as national travel, as necessary.·  Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary.  Preferred:· Background in admissions or higher education marketing· Banner and/or Salesforce experience.
