Responsibilities for this position could include any of the following, depending on the strengths of the student: updating content on our website, testing websites and reporting errors to the web team, assisting in conducting user research studies, and/or creating graphic design artifacts like templates and charts.

A current undergraduate student at NC State University with at least a year left before graduating.

Department Required Skills

•Strong written communication skills
•Some familiarity with at least one of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Tableau, experience with a CMS (like Wordpress or Drupal)
•An aptitude and interest in learning about web development and user experience
•A commitment to fostering an environment of equity, diversity, and inclusion
•A current undergraduate student at NC State University with at least a year left before graduating

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

•Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, or a CMS like Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
•Experience creating graphics, charts, and documents for an organization
