Monitor FMS equipment to ensure proper operation for Campus, Med Center,
Aux Services, and Athletics. Monitor and respond to Simplex TSW Campus Fire
Alarm System. Manage and document Campus Fire Alarms “IN and OUT of
Service”. Monitor Emergency Elevator phones and direct response as required.
Answer phones in proper manner and respond to calls. Dispatch alarms
needing attention to appropriate areas. Provide information on logs, on each
call, to allow follow up. Use email to improve communication between shifts
