Job Summary

The Patient Services Coordinator Senior serves as an integral part of Pediatrics Clinic.

This position serves as the direct supervisor for the registration personnel and also registers patients and families in the clinic.

By closely monitoring Patient Relations Assistant/Associate audit scores, quality of registration and customer service, this individual is essential to the daily clinical operations and is key in providing a patient-centered experience for our patients and families during the check-in and check-out portions of their visit.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Office, AEHR, APM, SCM, Rev Runner, Kentucky Health Net and strong overall computer skills.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? YesPreferred Education/Experience

Associate’s degree plus five or more years of registration and supervision experience preferred.
