General SummaryThe purpose of this position is to assist the Associate Dean for Academics of Mennonite College of Nursing in all endeavors within the college and university, including management and monitoring of over 300 clinical and partnership contracts with external and accrediting bodies. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of data sources within the college and university for the development and analysis of several internal and external reports, maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The role maintains oversight of the college's national accreditation data management, college rankings, liability insurance oversight, strategic planning and other data driven projects. Additionally, the role also supports an ongoing strategic planning process and implementation along with control of multiple surveys that affect college ranking and student licensure.
Required Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree* in education, business administration, or a related field.
*A Master's Degree in a closely related field may be substituted to meet this requirement. (Verify with transcript.)
2. Two (2) years of full-time business or administrative experience.
3. One (1) year experience creating, compiling, and analyzing reports involving complex integration of data sets.
4. Knowledge of collecting, retrieving, and compiling of data for the development of various college, university and external reports.
5. Skill in dealing with others in work relationships.
6. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
7. Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
8. Ability and inclination towards decision making.
9. Knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence/ paragraph structure and formatting.
10. Ability to use mail merge and demonstrate competency with various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
11. Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in order to analyze and investigate a variety of questions or problems.

Work HoursTypically 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday; Additional hours may be required based on workload and operational needs.
