Primarily days; Monday – Friday; between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and additional hours as needed.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for providing senior level confidential, administrative support for the Dean, Associate Dean for Student and Academic Affairs, the Associate Dean for Research and the Associate Dean for Administration. This will include managing communications such as composing agendas, memos, reports and other documents. This position will manage travel arrangements and manage the calendar for the Dean, complete PRD’s, SRM and travel transactions for the Departments of Student Affairs and the Business Office. Other duties will include but are not limited to provide support for college level events, manage office supply/furniture orders, ensure budget allocation for planned college activities and maintaining event budgets including invoicing and reporting.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Office Suite to include Outlook 365, Excel, Word. SAP use and knowledge helpful but not required. Senior or Executive level administrative support.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s and 2 years experience in office management and administration; and senior level administrative support are preferred.
