Director of Adult and Graduate Programs
The following half-time position is only open to current Goshen College faculty members.
The Director of Adult and Graduate Programs provides oversight and strategic direction to Goshen College’s adult programs including non-credit continuing education, adult degree completion and graduate degrees. The successful candidate will be part of the new Office for Community Engaged Learning, working with other directors (Goshen College Core, Study-Service Term (SST) and Career Networks) to support student programs. The director works closely with adult and graduate program directors to set enrollment, retention and graduation goals. The Director of Adult and Graduate Programs coordinates with external partners for recruiting events and planning for new program offerings. The position provides support for new non-degree programs and students, supervising the coordinator of non-degree programs. Will review annual assessment and program reports for adult and graduate programs.
