FSU's Equal Opportunity Statement can be viewed at: Provides technical support, problem resolution, and maintenance for the systems supporting Enterprise Document Management (EDM) and PeopleSoft Security. This position is also responsible for providing development support for multiple ERP software modules.

Provides support for Enterprise Document Management (EDM) application. Assists ITS and campus users by developing reports, workflow processes and other solutions to support document management business processes. Assist in gathering requirements, configuring departments and training user on EDM systems. Shares in responsibility for monitoring the EDM applications, troubleshooting and researching errors as well as responding to escalated Help Desk tickets.

Provides operational support of PeopleSoft application security including, but not limited to the creation and maintenance of user roles, permission lists and other security-related objects. Works with multiple functional and technical areas to identify, resolve, and mitigate issues with application security and PeopleSoft account provisioning. Escalates issues to FSU's development teams, PeopleSoft and/or Higher Education Users Group as appropriate.

Responsible for researching, analyzing and supporting issues related to the multiple modules within the PeopleSoft system. Works with FSU business analysts and functional owners to accomplish those tasks. This position provides development support for the HR/Payroll and Finance (FI) modules.
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the User Account Maintenance (UAM) application.

Assist with support and maintenance for the ERP firewall.

Performs duties in compliance with ITS policies, guidelines, and processes pertaining to support requests, work orders, project management, change management, and incident management. Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with ITS standards.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and three years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.

Experience with relational databases

Experience with Programming

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to convey technical information to technical and non-technical users.

Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

Ability to document existing and new processes.

Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information.

Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.

Knowledge of standard programming languages, concepts, practices, and procedures within the technology field.Preferred Experience with Document Management Software (OnBase by Hyland)

Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP System Security

Experience with Documentation

Knowledge of Digital Faxing Systems (Rightfax, by OpenText)
