Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate bank reconciliations, reconciling the Campus Solutions database to the Financials database, serving as backup to the University’s daily cash management function and preparing annual and other University reports.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, processing stop payment requests, check copy requests, researching wire and ACH payments, assisting with the preparation and review of annual financial statement workpapers as assigned. Supporting the Assistant Controller over Cash Management & Banking Services and the Associate Controller over Cash Management, Banking Services & Revenue Accounting on other related processes and projects.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting and four years of accounting/auditing experience; or a Master’s of Accounting and two years of applicable experience.

Experience compiling, reviewing and reconciling data for accuracy, completeness and compliance.

Proficiency in and the ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience with financial enterprise resource planning systems (such as PeopleSoft/OMNI or comparable systems).
