The Graduate Aid Program Manager provides systems applications and support necessary for OSFS staff to administer counseling and application processing services for approximately 15,750 admission applicants and current student aid applicants each year, and to awarding roughly $210 million in aid annually for nearly 5,000 enrolled students in the form of scholarship, stipends, hourly wages, and student loans.

Work Interactions
This position reports to the Associate Dean, and has a close working relationship with the Director of Graduate Financial Aid and also works closely with the OSFS Counseling and Client Services staff as well as the Student Loan Services offices and the graduate academic department administrators. It also interacts with the Registrar's office, the Student Billing and Receivables office, University Information Services (UIS), the Graduate School and the various graduate academic departments to include students in SFS, MSB, the Graduate Medical Masters and PHO candidates, and the Mccourt School as well as those in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
