The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences' Center for Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing at the Stanford School of Medicine is seeking a Program Manager. This position will manage core programs and initiatives of the Community Partnerships Team and affiliated Center for Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. The Program Manager will develop, manage and provide technical assistance in support of several Center programs including a tribal suicide prevention program, a media and mental health initiative, a biennial adolescent mental wellness conference, and a variety of school mental health and suicide prevention projects.
The Program Manager must exercise sound judgment in targeting and cultivating possible community partnerships and promoting and communicating Stanford's objectives to the community. (S)he will need to have the demonstrated capacity for fostering networks between faculty and community partners, particularly those that work in entertainment, news and social media, school health, and suicide prevention.
This position will be responsible for supporting multiple internal and external working groups, communication with faculty and community partners, planning large conferences and other community events and running numerous projects that support increased awareness, access, and stigma-reduction for mental health services, with a particular focus on early intervention and services for individuals ages 12-25. The Program Manger will also be expected to publish project newsletters, manage websites and make community presentations related to these programs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
