(Contingent upon available funding): 13.50 - 15.08, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Security Officer will be assigned to the Oklahoma State University College of Medicine - Cherokee Nation Tahlequah, OK campus.
The Security Officer position at OSUCOM-CN Tahlequah is responsible for maintaining the security of people, buildings and their contents, preventing break-ins and theft through guarding and surveillance. The role of Security Officer varies from day to day and the individual in the position must be quick-thinking to deal with situations as they arise.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

- High School Diploma/GED.
- Current Oklahoma CLEET license in: Phase 1 (Basic), Phase 2 (Officer)
