(Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 16.88, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Coordinator forthe Office of Diversity. Equity & Inclusion will be responsible fororganizing, coordinating, and implementing programs developed forstudents/residents within OSU CHS and OSU Medical Center. This person will bethe first point of contact for the office. The coordinator will assist in exhibiting and providing content forevents and activities, such as writing and editing letters, reports, andinstructional documents. This positionwill also be responsible for assisting in daily administrative duties tosupport the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as the administrative duties for the office.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an office environment or similar type of work experience
- Must have basic office software skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in diversity,equity and inclusion efforts
- Three (3) years workingin an office setting, experience in Higher Education
Applicant must be detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handlemultiple assignments with minimal supervision, exceptional interpersonal skills,strong organizational skills, ability to take notes in meetings, ensuresaccuracy and distributes to attendees, dependability in daily attendance, aswell as following through with assignments and projects to completion, andability to maintain confidentiality.
