We are accepting applications for individuals to teach in our Electrical Apprenticeship program. The majority of the classes that this position would be teaching would take place between 4:30 and 8:50 P.M. and below are several of the courses that this position could support:
- Blueprint ReadingResidential DesignElectrical NEC CodeElectrical NEC Exam PrepIndustrial Design and Estimating
The instructor is responsible for providing an active learning environment to enable students to demonstrate course competencies, and creating a student learning centered environment that places learning at the center of educational experiences. The instructor is responsible for providing instruction in accordance with the mission, goals, policies and procedures of the college.
Requirements may vary according to the instructional area and position.
1. At least seven years of experience in the occupational area.
2. Previous teaching experience is desirable.
3. Appropriate technical/occupational licensure where applicable.
