Job DetailsLevel EntryJob Location St Augustine Campus - St Augustine, FLPosition Type Full TimeEducation Level High SchoolSalary Range $36,000.00 - $36,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage NoneJob Shift AnyJob Category Entry LevelDescription The Parking Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the operations of Flagler College’s parking enforcement operation and supervising the student employees within this department efficiently and courteously following the College’s guidelines and standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise day-to-day parking operations; provide direction and support to the campus community and oversight to student parking enforcers
  • Manage and maintain campus parking permit program; provide program information on lot locations, parking prices, and instructions to purchase permits; create and publish updates and notifications to the program
  • Organize, maintain, and reconcile various records, both manually and automated methods
  • Train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate parking enforcement aides/staff
  • Patrol campus parking facilities alongside student parking enforcement aides to ensure compliance with parking policies, issuing citations when necessary
  • Assist in collecting, recording, and depositing revenues received
  • Manage claims/appeals process, limit liability and maintain overall safety of the operation
  • Operate office equipment (e.g., computers, citation mobile telephones, and printers, calculator, copier, etc.)
  • Prepare special reports as assigned or required
  • Assist in setup of special event parking programs
  • Grow the scope of Parking Services through collaboration with and support of the Conference & Rentals Department; jointly sell lots for rental events and work in partnership on event set up
  • Perform activities, functions and other related tasks and duties as assigned or required
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
