M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm (Day FT) or M-F 5:00p – 9:00pm (Night PT)

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the registration of all UK HealthCare Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Fellow, and Residents. This includes manual registration into UK HealthCare’s Learning Management System and management of an email inbox for questions regarding registration.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: strongest in Outlook and Excel
