Administrative Program Coordinator, Student ServicesRegistrar

Location: New Orleans, LA


The Program Coordinator serves as student ombudsperson and assists students, staff, and alumni with all questions to the fullest extent possible. Additional duties include processing official transcripts and enrollment certifications, monitoring the automated transcript system, and responding to inquiries regarding the processing of said documents. Finally, this position is responsible for processing multiple forms of student registration and responding to various constituencies regarding student enrollment, performs routine clerical duties to support department operations, and maintain records and reports.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of data entry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in any Student Information System strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with the policies and procedures of a university, specifically those policies that relate to records and registration strongly desired.
