Basic Job Responsibilities:
• Teaching residential public health courses in the Department of Public and Community Health
• Responsibilities require a 24-30 hour teaching load including courses environmental health, health promotion and other public health related subjects
• Participation in departmental and school committees
• Training and planning sessions as assigned
• Collaboration with other faculty members to develop and sustain the BS in PH and MPH programs
• Advising students as needed
• Maintenance of currency in the academic field through appropriate participation in conferences, professional associations, and/or research endeavors
• Performance of other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

A Doctorate in Public Health/MPH with a terminal degree or a MSPH terminal degree

Candidates must be committed to the evangelical standards and mission of Liberty University.

Work Hours

Varies based on teaching schedule and load.
