Implementation will include planning, making contacts, direct education, tracking finances, and evaluation of the program. This position will report to the Greenlee County Family, Consumer, and Health Sciences Extension Agent.

Provides and collects participant evaluation forms (e.g. surveys).
Packs and delivers nutrition education materials.
Prepares SNAP-Ed curriculum, classroom activities, or other materials.
Leads data gathering activities.
Assists professional faculty members in the development of programs.
Answers inquiries and provides information relating to the completion of SNAP-Ed forms, meetings, materials and recordkeeping.
Instructs in SNAP-Ed subject matter.
Monitors and approves program expenditures ensuring that budget allocations are not overspent.
Assists in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.
Coordinates activities of program with interrelated activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications.
Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
Develops, compiles and writes communications and promotional literature for distribution such as newsletters, brochures or flyers; coordinates process from development through printing and distribution. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND one year administrative/coordinative program experience; OR,
Six years of progressively responsible administrative coordinative program experience; OR,
Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education
