Summary

This is a full-time position with the Tulane School of Medicine, Department of Medicine. The LA-CEAL Program Manager II will be responsible for managing the administration of the Louisiana Community-Engagement Research Alliance Against COVID-19 in Disproportionately Affected Communities (LA-CEAL) program across consortium partners (Tulane, Xavier, LSU Shreveport, Louisiana Department of Health, and community partners). He/she will provide program support to the LA-CEAL investigators, coordinate and deliver fieldwork training, oversee fieldwork operations and data collection, collect data and monitor data quality, and work closely with investigators to track program progress and report to NIH leadership. The LA-CEAL Program Manager II will monitor program expenditures to ensure compliance with the program budget and timely completion of deliverables. He/she will coordinate and provide program support to the committees/working groups within the LA-CEAL consortium.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of directly-related work experience;
    OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 7 years of directly-related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience managing complex program with multiple consortium partners desired
