Provides operational/administrative oversight for the Occupational Health and Wellness work areas and programs.

  • Demonstrates effective leadership while providing operational oversight and supervision for office/clerical staff within assigned work areas and programs.
  • Demonstrates engagement in the work, team and goals of the unit.
  • Demonstrates resource management.
  • Promotes quality and process improvement.
  • Implements expected behaviors applicable to Medical Center as well as internal and external contracts related to scheduling and registration systems, unit policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness.
  • In addition to the above job requirements, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $47,486.40 - $65,374.40 Annual

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: 5 years in medical related operations

Licensure: May require a valid Virginia Driver’s License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires repetitive motion: computer keyboard activity. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
