Job Summary

The College of Medicine is currently seeking a highly-skilled, customer service oriented Administrative Coordinator II to assist with daily functions and provide project support and leadership for the College of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.

The individual will provide high-level professional support, track and reconcile monthly accounts, maintain records, draft correspondence, serve as liaison with departments, and coordinate all Office of Faculty Affairs and Development activities, e.g., leadership position searches, periodic 360 evaluations, and manage and ensure compliance of Rules of the Faculty.

Will also serve as a liaison with University-wide administrators and external constituents. The position reports to the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development and will have frequent interaction (written and verbal) with executive leaders, faculty and staff, and students.

Will also interact frequently with senior administrative leadership for the University and College. This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks while providing professional support and service.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Must also be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, Zoom.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four or more years related experience preferred.
Prior experience with project coordination preferred.
Experience with communications and/or marketing strategies preferred.
Experience managing multiple deadlines and tasks preferred.
