Human Resources Generalist
Briar Cliff University is accepting applications for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining the HRIS, training employees, conducting new hire onboarding, assisting managers and department heads on staffing, and maintaining compliance with HR practices. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in human resources is required. Human Resources certification is a plus.
