Job Details

Trinity Washington University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach for the Business Administration program starting Spring 2021. The courses to be taught include foundational courses BADM 110 Foundations of Management and BADM 226 Organizational Behavior in Practice. The classes will meet twice weekly in either online, hybrid or in-classroom format.

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution in business administration or management. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. or MBA. In addition, the candidate must have recent undergraduate classroom teaching experience. Knowledge of best teaching practices is required.

Official transcripts for all degrees earned, sample course syllabi, course evaluations and/or other evidence of teaching effectiveness will be submitted for the initial review. If the candidate is invited for an interview and teaching demonstration, contact information for three professional references will be requested. Preference is given to candidates who demonstrate excellence with engaged and active learning practices in the classroom.
