Advertised Job Summary:Under direct supervision, the incumbent provides floor care, carpet care preparation and clean up for University residence halls, and emergency response to all buildings in accordance with established procedures and instructions. This position has been designated as essential personnel during inclement/ hazardous weather and other emergencies.
Qualifications:High school diploma, or 10th-grade education and 2 years related experience; or equivalency.
