Job Responsibilities

This position serves as a Student Records Coordinator responsible for processing and reviewing all outgoing and incoming transcripts, citizenship verification, meeting and room scheduling, and general office coordination. The Student Records Coordinator will also assist students, faculty, and staff with general Student Records inquiries and assist the Registrar as needed. This position is the primary backup for frontline service as well as graduation auditing, residency, and other duties as assigned. Assists in planning and executing graduation ceremonies, and serves as a member of the Student Records customer service team.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year related work experience; or an associate degree plus three (3) years related work experience; or a high school diploma and five (5) years related work experience; position requires intermediate knowledge of computer operations.Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year related work experience; Banner experience.
