Job Summary

UK Advanced Eye Care is seeking someone with experience in customer service and retail sales to join our team in the UK Optical Shop.

The successful candidate should be prepared to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Our patients expect exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively in a pleasant manner with patients and customers to provide excellent customer service is of utmost importance.

Position expected to meet monthly sales targets. In addition, it is expected that this person will develop and maintain professional relationships with identified service providers to encourage and drive referrals to the Optical Shop.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Ability to learn software programs and use them effectively, MS Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

Optical retail sales preferred.
