The Student Research Assistant position will assist with biomedical signal processing and writing software for data acquisition and analysis. The temporary position is funded 100% for 10 hours/week.
- Write scripts for electroencephalography (EEG) signal processing in lab
- Write scripts for data acquisition of the force sensors, electromyography (EMG) signals, EEG signals
- Write scripts for data analysis of EEG, EMG, force sensor, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) data
The student research assistant will report directly to me (Assistant professor, Rehabilitation Medicine).
This position requires proficiency in biomedical signal processing, in writing software programs for data acquisition and analysis in the lab. Advanced programming skills in MATLAB, Python, R, C++ is required.
