Job Description Summary
This position will assist in the management of multiple research studies related to behavioral economics, population health, and health care delivery innovation. Duties will include but are not limited to: data collection and management in accordance with study protocols, following all IRB and human subjects policies and regulations; performing chart review; managing study-related materials; communicating with patients and clinicians; and conducting post-intervention interviews with study participants. The CRC-A will also assist in the deployment of remote monitoring programs for clinical care and contribute to outreach activities related to resurgence in preventive cancer screenings during/after COVID-19.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills a must. Must be self-starting and extremely detail oriented. Must be able to communicate effectively in a positive, pleasant, professional manner in writing, by telephone and personal contacts with a variety of stakeholders including researchers, peers, patients and clinicians. Comfort with learning web based platforms and technologies and troubleshooting issues with study participants. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with data systems and an understanding good data management practices is preferred. Prior experience in the use of REDCap preferred. Prior experience with clinical research and human subject research practices is preferred.
