Preferred QualificationsPosition Summary

This position is responsible for creating, designing, and delivering a wide variety of dynamic visual, graphic, video, public relations materials and social media content for the University of Georgia Men’s Basketball across all social media platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Knowledge of graphic design, communications, marketing, or a closely-related field. Experience in professional sports or collegiate athletics creative, communications or marketing areas.

Highly proficient design skills, videography skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead creative teams. Knowledge of creative software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. Demonstrated knowledge of social media trends and analytics. Experience with web design, including HTML and CSS.

Perform detail-oriented work accurately and to communicate effectively with a diverse population. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates to high during practice and athletic competitions.
