Serve on multiple project teams in a variety of roles such as Project Manager, Project Lead, Technical Lead, or Client Lead, in support of established and emerging educational technology systems and services.
Responsible for advising management on emerging technology setups, testing, and verification of the solutions.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide expert support for a wide variety of established and emerging media, computer, and classroom technology systems and services on the Medical Campus.
Focus is on consistently providing the best in class support to the technology Client community of faculty and staff, in the classroom and in support of all University meetings and events.Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with remote and hybrid teaching support in a university setting a plus
- Flexibility to respond during off hours as needed
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
