This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic with talented and experienced physical therapists! Learn more about the Clinic here: https://www.bu.edu/rehab/

In this role, your time will be split between customer service and medical records. You'll interact with patients as the first point of contact for patients in our busy clinic. You'll greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect payments. When you're not helping patients, you'll be responsible for working with insurance companies and doctors' offices to obtain medical referrals, authorizations, and patient benefits. You will assist in other duties such as claims and billing. Finally, you'll assist in the training and supervision of student employees. This role is integral to our team as you're responsible for superior customer service.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree and experience in a medical office preferred.

Hours at 8:30am-5pm.
