Job Summary

Provide professional services in support of unit management in field as specified in the particular job posting. Focus will be in a professional field such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Academic Administration, Event Management, Procurement, etc. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Perform duties related to professional field assignment.

Job Duty 2 -
Participate in reviews for compliance with policy and governmental regulations in the field.

Job Duty 3 -
Provide input to department policies and procedures.

Job Duty 4 -
May provide input to and administer project timelines and budgets.

Job Duty 5 -
May interact with vendors regarding procurement and delivery issues.

Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
  • Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for LLCs in the following areas: Finances, Fee Charges/Credits, Cohort Coding, Facilities Access and Maintenance, Parking, Recruitment, Application Process and Timeline, and Housing Assignments.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Admissions, Housing, Registrar, Budget Office, etc.) to ensure processes are being developed that are mutually agreeable and automated, where possible.
  • Ensure training guidelines are developed for any manual SOPs developed so they can be implemented by other staff.
  • Meet regularly with Associate Director of Academic Engagement Programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director of Academic Engagement Programs and Office for Undergraduate Education Leadership
Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of the following systems: Workday, Banner, Campus Labs, and Slate

Required Experience
Up to two years of job related experience

Experience working with living learning communities

Experience working with college on-campus housing and residence life
