The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for various maintenance needs and assists in all areas of Facilities Management and Operations; including carpentry, EMP, events, moves, and special events or any other tasks assigned. This position will also assist with the COVID-19 swab pod via delivering items, directing traffic, setting up and breaking down tables at sites.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, and blood borne pathogens.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.
