Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Investigates complaints and writes comprehensive investigation reports.
Assists with civil rights related training to system members.
Coordinates investigations and training with the Office of General Counsel.
Assists with and coordinates with other investigations with system member officials.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Two years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a high stress environment. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently once given a project.
