Job Description:

Online Training Development – Specific duties include: (1) Coordinate and execute webinars, including presenter support, technical support, recording and editing webinar. (2) Design and develop online products, including but not limited to webinars, self-paced courses, microlearning videos, to assist in the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities. (3) Remain current on the latest technology for us in meeting the goals and needs of our region.

- Learning Design: Specific duties will include: (1) Assess training needs of our region. (2) Interview subject matter experts or conducts other research to develop instructional content. (3) Design learning aids including, but not limited to, online courses, instructional guides, and microlearning opportunities to assist in the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities. (4) Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials to ensure objectives are accomplished. (5) Facilitate training classes or present training to faculty, staff, and students. (6) Consult with faculty or management on instructional needs or learning/training technology.

- Project Management – Provides project leadership for assigned projects by managing cross functional teams to design, develop and implement programs and courses.

- Faculty and Staff Development: Specific duties will include: (1) Consult with staff and faculty on their training development to assure appropriate instructional interventions. (2) Train and support faculty and staff on the use of technology for effective instruction and engagement of learners.

Expected Salary:

$57,000 - $62,000

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the TB field. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photshop, Acrobat Pro). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.Special Instructions to Applicants:Upload CV for consideration for this position.
