This includes budget development, analysis, projections, FSU and agency processing and amendments. In addition, this position will be responsible for following the policy and procedures (FSU, agency, others) that govern the contracts and grants and serve as the local expert for the principal investigators to ensure 100% compliance.

Coordinate required administrative services for all projects handled by the person in this position. This includes coordinating travel, purchasing, accounting, stipends, incentives, notification and assurance that human resource appointments are processed, etc.

Monthly budget reconciliation and transaction verification for all projects handled by the person in this position. Communicate an up-to-date budget report to the Principal Investigators at least once a month and support PIs in understanding the report, forecasting and planning future activities. Assist in general office duties.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience or a high school education and appropriate education/experience equal to five years.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.

Advanced knowledge in contract and grant oversight and management.

Minimum 3 years’ experience using OMNI financials and financial experience in contracts and grants.Contact Info Alison Dujovic
