Job Summary

Provide user support for a training website via e-mail and phone, build, edit, and maintain online courses, maintain large database, communicate with 200k + users, and maintain excellent working relationship with members.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Creative writing, publishing, and editing.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

Office Publishing, reference guide creation and editing.

Social Work, Education, and Web Design majors preferred.
