Job Summary

The Center for Clinical and Translational Science is participating in a COVID-19 vaccine trial and is looking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator to take the lead on entering participant information into a database; will be required to enter up to 25 participants a day. This position will also be responsible for entering the information to ensure participants that are involved with the study are compensated accordingly. Also, this position will need to monitor the study’s email address/phone line and oversee supplies for our clinic and sub-sites. Looking for candidates that will be flexible and dedicated to the success of this trial.

This position may be eligible to work from home for some of the work week.

Must have proficient computer skills; teamwork and flexibility a must
