Job Summary

The Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky is seeking a Comprehensive Transition & Post-secondary (CTP) Program Coordinator. The person in this position will be responsible, on an ongoing basis, for providing direct services and supports to students, faculty and staff as part of HDI’s Supported Higher Education Project. This includes assisting students in developing individualized program of study leading to meaningful credential; promoting student success, developing a mentoring program, and addressing barriers to full participation for students with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of provision of services to students and strong understanding of the pipeline from higher education to employment.
