Position Summary

Arts and Science is seeking a dedicated Student Affairs Administrator to join the Liberal Studies team. This individual will assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and activities. Researches and assesses clubs, programs, and resources. Acts as a liaison between students and student groups to assist with issues resolution. Supervises, trains, and mentors support staff. Develops and implements strategic plans with guidance. Bachelor's degree required and two years experience.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's degree andPreferred Education:Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or other appropriate field.Required Experience:2 years relevant experience in student services and activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Experience:Experience with event planning and some budget management.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with standard office software. Ability to work some evenings and weekends in support of events & programs.
