Department/Organization: 223102 - Nursing Instruction

Normal Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:45 pm

Job Summary: The Program Manager provides oversight and planning for the development, implementation, and delivery of a program(s).

Additional Department Summary: The Program Educator delivers didactic components of paraprofessional curriculum, ensures successful completion of training competencies, aids in trainee experience optimization, and delivers the Train the Trainer Program.

Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher in behavioral health and/or substance use related field and some experience.

Skills and Knowledge: Ability to manage the application and admission process of prospective trainees as well as ensuring that trainees are meeting program competencies both for the didactic and experiential field training. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
