The Department of Economics, Finance and Legal Studies at The University of Alabama invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of instructor beginning January 1, 2021. Responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate (some large) lecture sections of macroeconomics and/or basic corporate finance courses, and performing service as assigned by the Department, College, and University.

This is a non-tenure earning position renewable for three-year periods at the discretion of the University with no expectation of continued employment beyond any three-year contract period. Salary is competitive.

Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in economics, finance or a closely related field. Prior experience teaching large lecture sections is preferred.
