Applications are being accepted for the following vacancies for the Spring 2021 semester on the Adjunct Faculty staff of Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, New York.

Chemical Dependency and Counseling – Adjunct Instructor HV-ChemDep-SP21
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or closely related discipline from an accredited college or university and at least three years of experience in the field. Prior college level teaching experience is preferred. Daytime and evening availability. CASAC and/or equivalent education and experience is preferred. Instructor must be able to deliver the course in an online format, preferably in Blackboard.
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide classroom and on-line instruction in Chemical Dependency and Counseling.
Evaluate student performance.
At the direction of the Department Chairperson, faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.
The Salary is $1,136.00 per contact hour.
