Job Description Summary
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), seeks clinician with specialty experience in international student populations and general experience in college counseling and/or equivalent settings. CAPS is a multidisciplinary setting embedded in the Wellness Center and collaborates with Student Health, Campus Health and Alcohol and other Drugs to offer a range of services to the University of Pennsylvania student community. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with key campus partners, particularly those that interface with International Students including ISSS (International Student Support Services); cultural centers, and relevant academic units; Initial Assessments, crisis intervention, individual psychotherapy, group facilitation; outreach and prevention, collaboration with the Center's multidisciplinary staff. CAPS will prioritize applicants with Mandarin language capacity and experience in outreach and prevention. CAPS will pay close attention to applicants who have worked with international students and demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse populations and issues of equity and inclusion.
