NOTICE OF VACANT POSITION
Applications are being accepted for the following vacancies for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semester on the Adjunct Faculty staff in the History, Philosophy and Social Sciences Department of Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, New York.

Adjunct Instructor – Economics HV-ADJ-F2011
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics and previous college teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching Economics courses at the college level, experience with online delivery systems (Blackboard).
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide instruction in the Economics Degree program.
Evaluate student performance.
Participation on departmental, division wide, and college wide committees for the purpose of building community and fulfilling aspirations of professional development is encouraged and supported.
At the direction of the Department Chairperson, Adjunct faculty shall perform duties as specified in the Faculty Contract.
Rate is $1136.00 per contact hour.
