Create aesthetic motion graphics, basic video production, editing, and live-broadcast production.

Position Summary: Create aesthetic motion graphics for university departments. Operate the Character Generator during live broadcasts. Basic video production and editing.

Knowledge and Skills: Applicant should be familiar with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, & Photoshop. Video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus. Will be trained to operate the Chyron character generator. Must be highly organized attentive to detail.

Working Conditions: This position will be performed both in an air-conditioned office environment as well as on set outside. Job hazards include but are not limited to possible strain from lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs. The incumbent may be subject to dusts and odors. The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate.

Days/Hours of Work: Once hired, employee will work out a schedule with the manager that works with their class schedule. However, the incumbent will sometimes work on weekends, evenings and holidays.
